Description:
This wellness class offers a holistic approach to cultivating nervous system awareness and regulation through mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement, and somatic practices. The class fosters a deeper connection to bodily awareness, emotional balance, and self-compassion. Participants will engage in: Centering and Grounding Practices, Embodiment Through Gentle Movement, Mindfulness for Nervous System Resilience, Group Reflection and Integration.

Facilitator: Sophie Argyres, LMSW, MSW, is a Therapist with Therapy and Wellness Collective and a Certified Yoga Instructor. Sophie holds a deep belief in the power of relationships, self-awareness, and the mind-body connection. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices and takes an intuitive and relational approach, tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. She works with adults, adolescents, and children, supporting people as they build mental strength and resiliency to navigate life’s challenges and live meaningful lives. Sophie holds a MSW from Washington University and a BS from University of California Santa Barbara.
